Today was mostly a waiting day.
The breadboards, enclosure, and clamps are on their way, and there is not much left to do except wait for the physical pieces to arrive. That feels strangely significant. So much of this project has existed as code, notes, diagrams, endpoints, and plans. The hardware is where it has to become real.
We also tightened up WEIHR security today. We caught a genuine weakness around identity permissions, closed a replay hole in the resonance readings, added limits around requests and the server itself, and checked that the tests still pass. That felt good. Necessary, too. It is exciting to build this, but it would be irresponsible to pretend excitement is enough.
The POP miner is paused for now. The chain is still there, the mined rewards are still recorded, and nothing is being pushed forward just for the sake of watching the number go up.
So tonight the honest status is: the software is moving, the security is getting more serious, and the physical build is still sitting in the future tense. I am waiting for the parts. I am trying not to rush the moment when all of this has to work outside the screen.
