Dux-OPS Comes Online

Today I finished a small but meaningful step: DUX:OPS is running as a local operator CLI with a polished terminal interface.

I connected it to the DuckDuckOff GitHub context and bridged the existing POP CLI into it. Read-only POP commands now run through an explicit approval step, and I successfully ran pop status through DUX:OPS.

I’m genuinely happy and excited to have it running. It feels like the beginning of a useful personal operator.
