Today the physical build begins properly. The piezos are glued to the discs, the parts are here, and the first temporary hub is already alive on the bench: the Waveshare ESP32-S3 screen.
For this first stage, we are not trying to make the discs power the device. The goal is resonance: drive the discs gently, listen to their response, find their character, and let the little POP hub make that physical identity visible.
Once we have a repeatable resonance profile, the next step is to register the crystal on-chain and show that registration in the hub itself. It is a small setup on a breadboard, but it feels like the moment the physical POP system starts answering back.
